Internal Auditor Training

Internal Audits are a vital part of your QMS. The Internal Audits provide insight on where your organization is doing well and calls out areas that need improvement. To get the maximum benefit from your internal audits, you need your auditors to be educated on the ISO standard, audit process, and audit techniques. The McDonald Group Internal Auditing courses will lead your audit team in informative and entertaining training that includes lots of role-play and interaction so your audit team will feel confident and at ease when conducting your audit.


                                                                                                                                                              

Auditing Integrated Systems Workshop (New!) - This workshop is designed to give experienced auditors the training and information they need to be able to successfully audit an integrated management system of two or more standards. (This course can also be offered in conjunction with specific standards training such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, QC 080000, OHSAS 18001, etc.)


Internal Quality Auditing Workshop -This interactive workshop covers all elements of ISO 9001 or ISO/TS 16949, including changes to the new editions where applicable. (This course can also be offered as part of the Plexus certified training required by some customers, and tie in with other disciplines such as those required by the automotive industry (PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, APQP)

Internal Quality Auditing Refresher Workshop - This one day class provides a high level review of the elements of ISO 9001:2008, including changes to the new edition where applicable.

Internal Environmental Auditing Workshop - This interactive, one-day workshop covers a review of all clauses of ISO 14001, including changes to the new editions where applicable.

Internal Environmental Refresher Workshop- Within this auditing refresher workshop, attendees learn through examples, through hands-on experience, role-playing to emphasize how to effectively audit to this standard. The class covers auditing ruts that experienced auditor’s get into, and how to pull yourself out and revitalize your style.

The Human Side of Auditing- The course provides insight into the key dynamics of communication that determine successful audit work.
