Tools is a basics course for those who are new to the Quality field. It
covers what each tool is, which tool to use when, and how to use these
tools effectively to ensure efficient solution of a problem or
collection of data.
The course will review the basics of
Quality by including the need for tools and how to use to the tools to
permanently solve problems, identify or prioritize alternatives, and
prevent recurrence.
